Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as all of our products are made to order.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All products sold on our website are custom-made based on each individual order, including but not limited to: Personalized text, names, or numbers Custom graphics, photos, or logos Customer-submitted designs Custom colors, sizes, or styles
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, the item cannot be resold or reused.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons: Change of mind or no longer wanting the item Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer Errors in personalization details provided by the customer (including spelling or design approval) Minor color differences between screen displays and actual products Minor variations that are normal in custom printing or handmade production
3. Eligible Returns or Replacements
We will gladly offer a replacement, remake, or refund if: The product arrives damaged or defective There is a clear printing or manufacturing error You received the wrong item or an incorrect design
Important: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
4. Return Process
To request a return or replacement, please contact our customer support and include: Order number Description of the issue Clear photos of the product.
Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us
6. Shipping Issues
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events are not eligible for refunds
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
